I observed Dr. Thomas Forbes' surgical procedures at Toronto General Hospital to accurately illustrate his method. Initial sketches were made in the OR, with line renderings refined under the guidance of Professors Michael Corrin and Margot Mackay. Consultations with Dr. Forbes, anatomist Dr. Dee Ballyk, and reference texts ensured accuracy.
